Candidate request another interview attempt

/job-interview-result-request-another-attempt

This endpoint is used when interview results have been successfully submitted by the candidate to the recruiter, but for any reason, the recruiter would like to request another attempt. Internally, the interview result will be marked as "failed" with the error code "Marked as unsuccessful by the recruiter."
