JobMojito operates on a credit system, where you receive credits based on your chosen subscription.

Interview state charging

Collected interviews from candidates can conclude in several states:

Abandoned (candidate did not complete the interview and left): 0 credits

Failed (there was a problem with the interview): 0 credits

Completed (candidate finished but did not submit the interview): credits charged according to interview type if the interview length exceeds 30 seconds

Submitted (candidate completed and submitted the interview): credits charged according to interview type

Voice Only
Candidates participate in a voice-only AI interview with every session running to completion.

Avatar + Voice with early stop
Candidates engage in an AI interview with both an avatar and voice. If the AI determines midway that the candidate isn't a fit, the interview ends early - saving you time and costs.

Avatar + Voice
All candidates complete a full AI-powered avatar and voice interview, with every session running to completion.

Each candidate is pre-screened, whether accepted or rejected.
